What is KingPL? A community-driven token launched on Base (L2). We start simple as a meme coin, then evolve into a utility coin, and finally add a separate RWA layer (real-world assets) for those who want regulated exposure via a dedicated instrument.

Royal Vision: Use funds raised to acquire real businesses and assets. Profits are used to grow the ecosystem and may support market health at the team’s discretion. No guarantees. The base token does not grant ownership, dividends, or claims on assets.

4) Phased Plan (Simple Roadmap)

Phase I — Meme (now)

Launch, community building, initial liquidity, simple presale via a reputable sale/locking tool (Bitbond).

Phase II — Utility (next)

Introduce practical utilities for holders (access, governance, perks).
Note: The utility token does not carry rights to profits, assets, or dividends.

Phase III — Utility + RWA (separate instrument)

Launch a separate RWA instrument (with proper KYC/whitelisting and legal structure). The RWA instrument is distinct from the base token: different contract, different documentation, and regulated distribution where required.

5) Supply & Distribution (High-Level)

Total Maximum Supply: 1,000,000,000 KingPL.

King’s Domain (100,000,000 KingPL): reserved to jump-start the project, secure early operations, marketing, and preserve long-term decision-making. Details of the internal vesting/locks are managed on-chain and disclosed via locker links and explorer updates. In later stages, the base token evolves from Meme → Utility; a separate RWA layer will be introduced as a different instrument.

Remaining 900,000,000 KingPL: used for the long-term expansion rounds and the RWA-enabled structure (see simple schedule below).

6) Schedule for the 900M KingPL

Preparation: The 900M supply is placed under a 12-month preparation/vesting window while legal, technical, and operational foundations for Utility and RWA are completed.

After preparation: staged releases aligned with price milestones and split between open-market trading and RWA sales. Targets (illustrative plan):

The RWA component will only be offered through a separate instrument with dedicated documentation and KYC/whitelisting where required. Targets are goals, not guarantees.
